We’re excited to continue this monthly series of movement and restoration in partnership with Club Pilates Reno! Each gathering offers a thoughtful blend of mindful exercise and deep relaxation through the healing power of our mineral waters.
Begin your evening with a 45-minute Pilates Mat Class led by Club Pilates Reno, held in our peaceful Mt. Rose Event Space. This all-levels class is designed to build strength, enhance balance, and cultivate body awareness—leaving you feeling grounded, uplifted, and renewed.
Following class, transition into a 30-minute mineral soak, allowing your muscles to soften, tension to melt away, and your body to fully absorb the restorative qualities of our natural hot springs.
