To ensure we have the perfect spot waiting for you, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. A credit card is required to secure your appointment time.
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This buffer allows you to check in, change into a robe, and begin your relaxation process without feeling rushed.
Swimsuits are required for all communal mineral soaking. During massages and bodywork, our therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure your comfort and modesty are always respected.
To maintain a quiet atmosphere focused on deep recovery, we do not serve children under the age of 12. Guests between 12 and 17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We know life can be unpredictable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for massage cancellations, or 2 hours in advance for mineral baths, to avoid any service fees.
