Reservation Cancellation Policies
To ensure availability and provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policies before booking.
● A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and experiences.
● We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the best availability.
Mineral Bath Cancellations
● Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
● Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
● No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Massage, Facial & Event Cancellations
● Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
● Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
● Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, or no-call, no-show appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Additional Policies
● No children under the age of 12 are permitted on the premises.
● Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises.
● Guests 16 years of age and older may receive massage therapy services; however, a parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the duration of the service.
● Guests 12 years of age and older may receive facial services; however, a parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the duration of the service.
● If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other contagious condition, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to help protect the health and safety of our guests and staff. Please note that our cancellation policy remains in effect for cancellations due to illness.
● Our cancellation policy also applies to weather, traffic, and travel delays. Please allow extra travel time and plan accordingly when scheduling your appointment.
● Group reservations are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable group reservation agreement.
